ONI Grant
We discussed the grant and the revisions that were made. The concerns that the board had with the grant were as follows: 1. Concerns with the action plan requiring large contact with the neighborhoods and how we are supposed to document that. 2. We talked about (this year) critiquing the grant, what works and what doesn’t. 3. Performance measures- Where are they and what shall they look like? 4. Resource development- There are no goals and there are questions as to the support that ONI will provide. Clarity between resource and fund development. 5. Interest bearing account- Paragraph not clear. Was it intended to be revised. Approval of ONI grant- Draft agreement with stipulations- Sara moved, Mary Ann seconded MOVED/APPROVED with one apposed (Lisa) and two abstentions (Ben and Pete)
SEUL Draft Budget Approval We are $26 dollars in the black. Goudarz asked if we could see last years budget side by side with this year to see the difference. This is a realistic budget. Tammy clarified and answered questions that the board had.
Staff/Board Event We will work, eat and discuss. This will be a great way to build relationships between board members and staff. It will be May 17th at SEUL. Next board meeting will be June 2, 2008
Meeting adjourned at 9:03pm
Minutes respectfully submitted by Michelle IsBell, SEUL Secretary
