Cece is responsible for the management of the Southeast Uplift, including fiscal and programmatic oversight and planning, human resource management and support to the Board of Directors. Cece is also responsible for coordinating liaison activities with local, state, federal government, community-based organizations and other public/private entities, and coordinating review of City policy proposals affecting Southeast neighborhoods and citizen participation in policy-making.

Tammy is responsible for fiscal and building operations for Southeast Uplift. She assists neighborhoods with finance issues and is the contact person for availability of funds for neighborhood communications. Kristen Wiener

Kristen oversees direct support to the 20 Southeast Uplift neighborhood associations. She organizes trainings, neighborhood clusters and neighborhood networking forums in response to issues that neighborhoods are facing. Kristen coordinates neighborhood compliance with the ONI Standards. She will work with neighborhood association board members to maintain up-to-date records of board rosters, meeting minutes and bylaws. Leah supports neighbors in taking an active role in the built environment that occurs in their neighborhoods. She will assist our neighbors with understanding and responding to land use notices as well as organizing neighbors to influence land use and transportation policy. Tim assists neighborhoods with community organizing around sustainability issues that affect the community. He works with environmental action committees on planning, setting goals and priorities, and increasing environmental stewardship and sustainability efforts in the neighborhoods. Tim provides technical support for volunteer recruitment, retention, and recognition, and assists with planning sustainability events and neighborhood cleanups. Stephanie supports the Southeast Uplift office with the daily operations of the organization including; answering general information and referral calls, managing the database, handling mail and assists staff with clerical and administrative support.
