Anne is responsible for the management of Southeast Uplift including fiscal and programmatic oversight, planning, and human resource management. She provides support to the Board of Directors and staff to help fulfill SE Uplift's mission: To assist the citizens and neighborhood associations of Southeast Portland to create communities that are livable, socially diverse, safe and vital.

Kristen Hagstrom

Kristen leads the neighborhood support team and coordinates leadership development and technical assistance.  She organizes board orientation and other trainings and ensures understanding of and compliance with rules and regulations for neighborhood association. Louisa Lakos

Louisa oversees the organization of special events; develops and maintains relatonships with individuals, businesses and foundations; and secures financial support to ensure that SE Uplift's programs and goals are realized. She handles various fiscal tasks; provides block party and insurance support to neighbors/neighborhood associations; manages tenant relationships and the operation of SE Uplift's conference space and building.

Leah Hyman
Neighborhood Land Use Program Manager

Leah supports neighbors in taking an active role in the built environment that occurs in their neighborhoods. She will assist our neighbors with understanding and responding to land use notices as well as organizing neighbors to influence land use and transportation policy. Tim O'Neal
Sustainability Coordinator

Tim assists neighborhoods with community organizing around sustainability issues that affect the community. He works with environmental action committees on planning, setting goals and priorities, and increasing environmental stewardship and sustainability efforts in the neighborhoods. Tim provides technical support for volunteer recruitment, retention, and recognition, and assists with planning sustainability events and neighborhood cleanups.
