Anne is responsible for the management of SE Uplift including fiscal and programmatic oversight, planning, and human resource management. She provides support to the Board of Directors and staff to help fulfill SE Uplift's mission. Anne enjoys riding her horse Tyger, serving on the board of Forward Stride, gardening, reading, entertaining, traveling and taking care of one dog, two cats, two ducks, four chickens and two horses. Rounding out her days are time with two adult children, two step-children, two grandchildren and assorted other relatives and friends.

Kristen assists with staff management to ensure effective support to our twenty coalition neighborhood associations.  She handles insurance for neighborhood events and activities, helps to develop resources and trainings to support neighborhood leaders and is working to develop an internship program. She also manages the Neighborhood Small Grants Program and Graffiti Abatement Community Grant Program for the coalition.  When Kristen is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad and cat, Curtis.  Most weekends Kristen is tackling a home improvement project like painting her house, remodeling the bathrooms or ripping out concrete. She is currently attempting to become a runner working on the Couch to 5K program, which she highly recommends!

Blythe manages SE Uplift's organizational communications. Contact her to add  information to the SE Uplift website or to post information in our monthly update. She also supports neighborhood associations with communication strategies and outreach. Outside of SE Uplift, Blythe seeks out any opportunity to travel with her partner, John. She enjoys volunteering with Resolutions NW as a mediator and rejuvenates by gardening, singing and reading.

Blythe is the staff liaison for Ardenwald-Johnson Creek, Brentwood-Darlington, Brooklyn Action Corps, Mt. Scott-Arleta, Reed and South Tabor Neighborhood Associations.

Leah Dawkins
Neighborhood Land Use Program Manager

Leah supports neighbors in taking an active role in the built environment that occurs in their neighborhoods. She will assist our neighbors with understanding and responding to land use notices as well as organizing neighbors to influence land use and transportation policy. When she isn't at SE Uplift, Leah enjoys baking advanced cakes, walking her dog, gardening and hiking and wandering around the library. Leah thinks public libraries are one of the best assets in the city.

Leah is the staff liaison for Buckman, Eastmoreland, HAND, Laurelhurst, Mt. Tabor and Woodstock Neighborhood Associations. 

Louisa Lakos

Louisa handles various fiscal tasks; provides support to the SE Uplift Board of Directors; manages the Fiscal Sponsorship Program, tenant relationships and the operation of SE Uplift's conference space and building.  She also oversees the organization of special events as well as develops and maintains relationships with individuals, businesses and foundations to ensure that SE Uplift's programs and goals are realized. Louisa is an enthusiast of all things outdoors; from backpacking, cycling, running, paddling, mountaineering and hiking to outdoor concerts, farmers markets and various community events.

Louisa is the staff liaison for the Sellwood-Moreland Improvement League and Montavilla Neighborhood Association.
