Anne is responsible for the management of SE Uplift including fiscal and programmatic oversight, planning, and human resource management. She provides support to the Board of Directors and staff to help fulfill SE Uplift's mission, manages the fiscal sponsorship program and handles all insurance related issues for the coalition. Anne enjoys riding her horse Tyger, serving on the board of Forward Stride, gardening, reading, entertaining, traveling and taking care of one dog, two cats, two ducks, four chickens and two horses. Rounding out her days are time with two adult children, two step-children, two grandchildren and assorted other relatives and friends.

Kristen is responsible for staff management to ensure effective support to our twenty coalition neighborhood associations. She also is responsible for special organizational projects and priorities. Kristen works a part-time schedule, in the office all day Tuesdays and Wednesdays, to be able to spend quality time with her new baby, Gus.
Bob Kellett

Bob supports neighbors in taking an active role in the built environment that occurs in their neighborhoods. He assists our neighbors with understanding and responding to land use notices as well as organizing neighbors to influence land use and transportation policy. When he is not at work, Bob enjoys riding his bike, reading, and chasing after his young son.
Bob is the staff liaison for the Richmond, Montavilla, Kerns, and Sellwood-Moreland Neighborhood Associations.
Ashe Urban

Ashe acts as the liaison to seven of our Neighborhood Associations; providing them with support and access to resources. When not assisting neighborhoods directly Ashe coordinates the Graffiti Grants program, works on advocacy issues such as the Portland Comprehensive Plan, pedestrian safety and other land use and sustainability efforts. As an Outreach Coordinator it is her goal to make our coalition neighborhoods as visible as possible. When not at work she is busy in her garden, spending time with friends, reading or planning her next travel-adventure.
Ashe is the staff liaison for the Creston-Kenilworth, Eastmoreland, Foster-Powell, North Tabor, Brentwood-Darlington, Sunnyside, and Woodstock Neighborhood Associations.
Kelly Fedderson

Kelly serves as the liaison to seven of our Neighborhood Associations, providing them with resources, support, and tools to further their efforts in engaging the full diversity of our communities. In addition, she is responsible for coordinating the Neighborhood Small Grants Program; SE Uplift's events, trainings and network opportunities. In her spare time, Kelly can be found enjoying the outdoors, cooking delicious vegan meals, and laughing with friends and family.
Kelly is the staff liaison for the Ardenwald-Johnson Creek, Buckman, Hosford-Abernethy, Laurelhurst, Mt. Scott-Arleta, Mt. Tabor, and Reed Neighborhood Associations.
Jay Derderian

Jay supports the executive director and staff in an administrative capacity. He is responsible for the operations of the building, tenant and community building use rental agreements, and block party applications. In his off time Jay writes music, plays his guitar, and also spends lots of time outside hiking, biking, exploring the coast, and seeing all the wonderful sights Oregon has to offer.
Owen Wise-Pierik

Owen is a recent graduate of PSU's Community Development program and an intern for the Wikman-Arleta building project, working in outreach with a variety of community stakeholders to develop the project and foster participation. He will act as a liaison between the Wikman Building Project and the Southeast Uplift staff. When he's not lending a hand with the Wikman Building Project, he's creating networking opportunities with local organizations to expand his career opportunities. In his free time, he enjoys creating music with his friends, reading, or planning time to go on an adventure out of town.
