Take Your Best Shot Southeast!

SE Uplift's 2009 photo contest invited community members to participate in immortalizing SE Portland's unique culture through photography. Winners' photos will be on display at SE Uplift beginning March 5th and will serve as a window into some of the wonderful neighborhoods within our coalition.

Photos were judged base on quality, clairty, composition - but most importantly, photos were judged on the photographer's ability to capture the essence of neighborhood spirit in a single click!
