Hazeltine Park Clean-up
Location: 5416 SE Flavel Drive
Hours: 5:00 a.m. - Midnight
The park is named in honor of longtime neighborhood resident Dick Hazeltine, considered by many as a "founder" of the Brentwood Darlington neighborhood.
This park is a result of the community's persistence. Brentwood Darlington Neighborhood Association's (BDNA) steady commitment over several years helped create a park on a site that was previously abandoned, attracting crime and trash. BDNA board members and neighbors acquired the lot from Multohmah County in 1999 and transformed it into the beautiful one acre green space the community enjoys today.
