Happy New Year South Tabor!

 

STNA Final 2013 Budget Vote January 17th

Please join us on Thursday, January 17th from 6-8pm to provide feedback on the 2012 fiscal year South Tabor Neighborhood budget. The STNA board approved the budget at the November board meeting pending minor adjustments to committee projections. A final vote will be held at the upcoming meeting.

 

Join a South Tabor Committee

There are many ways to get involved in South Tabor projects and activities. A good first step is to contact committee chairs for more information on committee meetings and projects in the works. Currently, the Planning & Sustainability committee meets regularly: 2nd Monday of each month, 3:30 - 5:00pm, Rain or Shine Coffee House (SE 60th & Division). For information on other projects, please email committee chairs on the toolbar to the right.

right. STNA operates to provide services to YOU--friends, businesses and neighbors of South Tabor. Exciting projects are underway and board membesr need help with a variety of projects:

--hard copy/electronic newsletter development and distribution

--information kiosk construction

--fundraising

--"new neighbor welcome basket" delivery

--flier distribution

--outreach/education

--emergency preparedness workshops

--community plan development

and lots more!

South Tabor Resource Sharing

The South Tabor Resource Sharing Project is an opportunity to connect with your neighbors. Do you need to find someone to take all those apples or zucchini off your hands? Maybe you need to borrow some lawn tools for the day. It's all about sharing what you have and building a more self-relient community.
