Not all stories on our site will allow for comments. Neighbors who are designated as site editors will have additional privileges to add/change/edit their own neighborhood site within the SE Uplift structure. To become a neighborhood site editor you will need to create an account and contact SE Uplift for authorization. There is no process for self-designation.
